Hi there, I'm Amanda.
My transformative journey began when I welcomed my first child into the world. From a young age, I struggled with unhealthy eating habits and negative thoughts about food, leading to years of illness and a diminished quality of life. Despite being a Nurse, I neglected my own well-being. Everything shifted when I held my daughter for the first time. I decided to reevaluate my health and gradually made positive changes. As I prioritized self-care, my health improved, my mind cleared, and I felt stronger. Realizing that nurturing my health was crucial to becoming the mother I aspired to be, I spent the next eight years exploring sustainable approaches to wellness for the body, the mind, and the soul. Through trial and error, I discovered a method that worked for me. Now, I am on a mission to share my journey with you.
